RAM Plovdiv opened its renovated exhibition – Bulgarian National Committee of ICOM

On 20.11.2025, RAM – Plovdiv publicly presented the results of a project financed by the Ministry of Culture. The project, titled “Renovation of the permanent exhibition of RAM – Plovdiv and introduction of modern technologies for working with audiences”, was implemented for 12 months.

As part of the project, three halls were renovated, a new audio guide with differentiated content for adults and children was introduced with translation into English and sign language, the internet network in the museum building was upgraded, a new educational initiative on the topic “Profession: Archaeologist” was created and implemented, and access for different categories of audiences to the cultural values in the exhibition was optimised.
