The Bulgarian National Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM BNC) was formed in accordance with the ICOM Statute adopted at the ICOM General Assembly – The Hague 1989. ICOM’s BNC Statute includes the mandatory requirements regulated by the ICOM General Conference to national committees and reflects the specific features of museum work in Bulgaria and national legislation
