The 20th Triennial Conference of the International Council of Museums
Committee for Conservation (ICOM-CC)
Held from the 18th to 22nd of September 2023 in València
Nearly a thousand professionals from many institutions around the world will gather in València to share experiences and ideas, meet colleagues and representatives of different heritage institutions, and learn about the latest developments and trends in the field of heritage conservation.

*Please, note that some fees, such as the ICOM Student Member fee and the Young Conservator Fee will remain at the same price as they are now.
Over the course of five days, conference attendees will be able to actively participate in a programme with Plenary Sessions, Working Group Sessions (sessions focused on different specialities), Technical Visits to some of the most outstanding museums in the Valencian Community and Spain, as well as a “Trade Fair” where companies from the conservation and restoration sector will present their work, services, products and research projects. In addition, delegates will have the opportunity to organise or participate in “impromptu meetings” for small groups. Various social events, such as a conference dinner or welcome and farewell receptions, will also be held.
In summary, ICOM-CC València 2023 is not just a place to learn new conservation techniques and trends but also an exceptional opportunity to contact colleagues and institutions from all over the world with the closeness that only face-to-face contact allows.
