Board meeting protocol in regards to termination of membership for members that have not paid dues for 2023

FROM A MEETING OF THE BOARD

OF NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION

“BULGARIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ICOM”

Today, 01.12.2023, in the city of Sofia, a meeting of the Board of the NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION “BULGARIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ICOM” was held in the city of Sofia (“BNC of ICOM”), which was attended by the following:

Mrs. Aksinia Radoslavova BUTEVA,
Mr. Alexandar Kirilov VALCHEV,
Mrs. Elka Kirilova PENKOVA,
Mr. Kalin Petkov TODOROV,
Mr. Plamen Valentinov PETROV,
Mrs. Svetla Borislavova DIMITROVA,
Mr. Todor Valkov Chobanov,

Mrs. Svetla DIMITROVA proposed and the members accepted the following

AGENDA:

Termination of membership in the ASSOCIATION due to dropping out – automatically due to non-payment of the membership fee for 2023.

After discussion and consideration, the Board unanimously adopted the following

DECISION:

According to item 1 of the agenda:

According to item 1 of the agenda, the Chairman of the ASSOCIATION suggested to the members that the membership be terminated in case of withdrawal – automatically due to non-payment of the membership fee for 2023 by 30.11.2023.

Mr. Kalin TODOROV presented documents – references and extracts, from which it is clear that the membership fee for 2023, payable by 30.11.2023, has not been paid by the following persons:

1. Valentina PETROVA.
2. Viktoria DRAGANOVA.
3. Maria KARAZLATEVA.
4. Mihail VAKLINOV.

Mr. Kalin TODOROV stated that he has repeatedly communicated with and informed the said members to remind them to pay their membership dues, however, no payment has been made.

In view of the above, and on the basis of Art. 16, item 3 of the Statute, the Board of the ASSOCIATION ascertains, on the basis of the submitted documents, the termination of membership in the ASSOCIATION due to dropping out – automatically due to non-payment of membership fees for 2023, as of 01.12.2023, for:

1. Valentina PETROVA.
2. Viktoria DRAGANOVA.
3. Maria KARAZLATEVA.
4. Mihail VAKLINOV.

The Board of the ASSOCIATION instructs the Chairman within one week of this decision to notify the above-mentioned persons of their terminated membership through the contact details provided by them.

Due to exhaustion of the agenda, the meeting was closed.
