The exhibition “The Everyday life and style – ethnography of the towns”, which can be visited  in the Regional Ethnographic open-air Museum “Etar”, shows the encroachment of the urban style into the life of the Bulgarians. This happened first in Rousse and Plovdiv, and a little later, together with the development of industry also in Gabrovo. The exhibition displays items from the everyday life, both for daily usage and luxurious. The visitors can see a telephone device, cutlery, urban men and women clothing and their accessories, a razor, a cigarette box, musical instruments, music papers and many others interesting cultural valuables. Three museums., members of ICOM, have united in order to represent this so interesting and educating exhibition – the REM Plovdiv, the RHM – Rousse and REOAM Etar. The exhibition “The Everyday life and style – ethnography of the towns” is situated in the Museum Centre of the REOAM Etar.
