“Donated Objects, Shared Stories” – Exhibition at the Etar Museum collects the memory of generations
Sometimes an object keeps more than a memory – it preserves time, voices and traces of entire generations.
The exhibition “Donated Objects, Shared Stories” presents over 150 exhibits that have entered the museum funds of REMO Etar in the last three years thanks to donors who have turned family memory into part of the common cultural heritage.
Among the objects, stories about work and crafts, about holidays and weekdays, about children’s games and past habits come to life. Each exhibit carries its own personal story, and together they build a living image of society from the recent past.
The exhibition is also an expression of gratitude to the people who share a piece of their world, so that it can be preserved and passed on – as a memory, as a history, as a heritage.
