Reminder for the General Assembly of the BNC of ICOM and PoA’s

Dear members of the BNC of ICOM,

With this notice we would like to remind you that on the 21.02.2024 at 14:00 h. at the following address: Sofia, Ancient Cultural and Communication Complex “Serdika” under Nezavizmost Square (under dome space), Hall 1, the General Assembly of the BNC of ICOM for 2024 will tale place.

In the event that you are unable to attend the General Assembly in person, please use the powers of attorney attached below to authorise someone to represent you. Use document №1 if you are an individual member and document №2 if you are an institutional member.

In addition, we inform you that, due to changes in the schedules of the association, the General Assembly will be the last opportunity for you to receive the stamps for 2024 in person. If you are unable to attend, please, in addition to the power of attorney, use document №3 of the ones attached below to authorise someone to receive the stamp on your behalf. In the event that you do not have the opportunity for this, please send us an address to which the stamp will be sent to you at your expense. Send it to the email of the association – bnc_icom@abv.bg.
